Step-family problems..Help please!?

Okay so he doesn't do this all the time but he does it alot, He calls me stupid,and calls me a jackass,pudgy,weird...Stuff like that and the other day I got in a fight with my mom and we were screaming at each other and she said I attacked her cause she was moving my hair outta the way and I flicked her hand away so she wouldn't move my hair then she just had a fit and then we got into a shouting match again and she called my step dad and said what happened...okay so we cooled off and apolagized and went home and then my step dad came home from work and he kept giving me dirty looks and wouldn't talk to me then I went to dance and after that my mom and him picked me and my step sis up and after we dropped her off at her house he was all "I don't like you" and moments later he said "You try to act tough but you're not,and if someone punched you you'd fall on the ground and start cryin"...So I said "Oh whatever" and then yeah....And another thing is him and my mom always,ALWAYS compare me to my younger step sis(Only a few months younger) I mean come on really..and keep in mind the comparisons and the name calling happen all the time....and plus my older step brother calls me smelly and stupid and mental and etc plus my step sis calls me retarded and says can you do anything right and the fightin doesn't happen as much but it happens kinda alot
