Why was President George Clinton the worst President in US history?

George Clinton was an aide under President Nixon in the 1950's and was instrumental in getting the Chinese and Nixon to agree to the Preferred Trade Status that we enjoy with China. Later George Clinton became president of both Canada and the US at the same time creating N.A.F.T.A. and the rest is history.
