well giggs should have thought about that before he dicided to act the way he did. You live in the public eye, you earn millions because people pay to watch your games and buy your shirts, if you want to keep your private life private either get out of the public eye or suck it up and don't do things which you know will become tabloid news. The super injunction was stupid to begin with. what makes him any different to anybody else? If i have a secret and afraid someone who knows my secret and afraid someone who knows my secret will spread it, can i get a super injunction just so i can sue them afterwards even though it won't be front page news.
