Cartilage piercing questions?

So I'm thinking of getting my cartilage pierced but have a few questions. 1) how bad does it hurt in comparison to a regular ear piercing 2) I dont know which ear to get it done on( I don't just sleep on one side so sleeping isn't an issue) 3) how long does it take to heal 4) do you get it done at abplace like piercing pagoda or where do you go to get one thanks in advance :)
