A country that is governed by a parliamentary democracy has two politics, the liberals and the tories. The number of seats awarded to a party is supposed to be proportional to the number of cotes it recieves in the election. suppose the liberals recieve 49% of the vote. if the number if seats in the parliament is 99, how many seats to the liberals recieve 49% of the vote. If the number if seats in Parliament is 99, how many seats to the liberals get with Hamilton method? With the Webster method? With the Jeffferson method?
