Should the U.S move from a Presidential System to a Parliamentary System? Why or why not?

That is not practical. Our system is based on Fredrick the Great's which was designed to give smaller states some comfort that the government would not be dominated by the biggest. We have problems in that there are two very competitive all inclusive parties that can cause a deadlock, but at least we don't have 5 or 6 parties arguing over every issue and breaking coalitions all the time.
