What's better ... a parliamentary system or a presidential system?

Its your opinion. i personaly prefer presidential syatem in a parliment the prime minester is not chosen by the people he is chosen by the majority in parelement it would be like congress electing nanci Pelosi or John boehner president we dont realy have a say. also he is both in charge of the executive and legislature so their is no clean cut division of power.
