Why muhammad self boast in Quran 68:4?

The Qur'an is not the words of Muhammad (SAW), therefore he is not praising himself. Rather, Allah (SWT) reassures the Prophet (SAW) that he is not crazy (68:2). For a deeper explanation of 68:4 read the tafsir below.
