Do I need to get approval from the Queen in order to mail something in Canada?
I read on Wikipedia that Canada is a federation that is governed as a parliamentary democracy and a constitutional monarchy with Queen Elizabeth II as its head of state. Does she need to approve all mail in and out of Canada?
