What is meant the term parliamentary law and judge-made law?

Parliamentary law is any law that has been written up and passed by a bill of Parliament. Judge made law is a law passed by a judge, in a court; the setting of a precedent for example, or an interpretation of the constitution. I'm looking at this from a Australian point of view, with the Westminster system in mind.
